At Sweets Kendamas, we want you to love your setup. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure your kendama is unplayed, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories like extra strings and stickers.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned product, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
