Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that used or damaged Kendamas cannot be returned due to the nature of the wood and play.

How do I know which Kendama is right for me?
For beginners, we recommend our 'Boost' or 'Amped' shapes in beech wood, as they offer larger cups and better tracking. Pro models are ideal for advanced players looking for specific weight distributions and premium wood types.
What should I do if my string breaks?
Strings are a consumable part of a Kendama and will eventually wear out. Every Sweets Kendama comes with a replacement string and bead in the packaging to get you back to playing quickly.
